Nelles Policies

At Nelle's Fashion Studio, we’re committed to delivering a refined, personal, and seamless tailoring experience for every client. To ensure each visit is smooth, respectful, and rewarding, we’ve outlined our studio policies below. Kindly take a moment to review them before your appointment.


  1. Appointments & Consultations

Appointments are required for all consultations, fittings, and pickups.

Please arrive on time to ensure the full duration of your session.

Virtual consultations may be available upon request.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A 50% deposit is required to initiate all custom orders.

The remaining balance is due upon final fitting or collection.

We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and select digital payment platforms.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to future orders if cancellation occurs within the grace period.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for custom garments is 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and fabric availability.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

5. Fittings & Alterations

Most garments require 1–2 fittings to ensure a perfect fit.

Minor adjustments are complimentary within 7 days of delivery.

Significant alterations after final approval may incur an additional charge.

6. Fabric & Material Selection

Clients may choose from our curated fabric collection or provide their own.

We are not responsible for defects in client-supplied materials but will advise on suitability.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, all sales are final.

Refunds are not available once work has commenced.

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will address any concerns related to fit or quality.

8. Care Instructions

Proper care extends the life of your garment. We provide care recommendations with every order.

Nelle’s is not liable for damage caused by improper cleaning or handling after delivery.

9. Client Privacy

All client measurements and design preferences are kept strictly confidential.

We may request consent to showcase completed work in our portfolio or on social media.
